Fiona Partington

Director, People & Skills

Fiona has worked in educational multimedia for 15 years, managing the entire production lifecycle from initial proposal to client delivery. During this time she has worked on award-winning productions such as Bitesize Maths and Science, The French Experience, Editorial Policy and Legal Online for the BBC, The Dragon’s Ascent for Auric Media, Terminal 5 Induction for BAA and Connected Earth for BT. Her work has won awards from institutions such as the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA), International Visual Communication Association (IVCA), Audio Visual Magazine and the E-learning Awards.

With a background in video and photographic production in industries from PR to publishing, Fiona has developed a successful career in learning and communications at LINE. She has both internal and external facing roles: that of Account Manager and Director of People and Skills. With the latter she brings her experience to the other 75+ members of LINE’s team. Her role on the management team demonstrates our deep-felt conviction that our services, products and solutions are, in the end, the result of LINE’s ability to develop and maintain a world-class organisation of diverse talent, working in effective teams. Fiona is also a member of the CIPD.
