LINE is a framework supplier to the COI on the Digital roster and two multi-year contracts for Employee Engagement. We have just completed an e-learning programme on the NHS Constitution.

The COI is the centre of marketing excellence for government. It provides strategic advice, consultancy, procurement and project management for public information campaigns.
