IKEA
LINE has been working for IKEA in its HQ in Sweden and for Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in the Netherlands since 2007. Since then we have produced a number of courses for its worldwide community. LINE’s management programme on the Home Furnishings Concept (HFC) has turned a two week course into a highly effective 5 day programme that can be transported around the world. It won a 2009 gold award for content from Brandon Hall in the US.
IKEA pioneered the concept of affordable, easy to construct flat-pack furniture in the Forties. It now has 285 stores in 37 countries and employs over 127,000 people.
