LINE has worked for the MOD since 2001. Initially working for the RAF (Business Systems BTEC and Tornado maintenance), LINE quickly moved on to training Tri-service programmes such as Networked Enabled Capability (NEC), Care of Trainees and Cultural Awareness. Via KPMG, LINE has recently conducted HealthChecks as part of the ‘Training Transformation’ programme for Phase 2 career training across the whole armed forces, and is developing mobile programmes on Nintendo DS and the Apple i-Touch. Our programme on DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training) won a 2009 Brandon Hall award in the US.
The MoD is the highest level military headquarters in the UK, providing political control of all military operations. It controls resources for the Armed Forces of some £30 billion per year.
