LINE has built up substantial experience working with the Armed Services and the MOD since the vision for e-learning was articulated in the Defence Training Review (DTR), under the banner of the Defence Learning Portal (DLP).

With a 15 year e-learning pedigree in the Corporate, Public and Education sectors, LINE has been able to bring that experience to Defence in a collaborative manner, sensitive both to the enormous potential for the medium to transform and deliver on the challenges of DTR, but also to the very significant and unique change issues which that entails.

All our courseware is browser-based and fully SCORM conformant. We have recently led collaborative consultancy work between other vendors and the MOD in defining Defence SCORM guidelines and accessibility guidelines. We deliver our e-learning, blended learning and Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) into the MOD and Services via the DLP, CD-ROM, DeLCs and WTECs. We were the first supplier to load bespoke e-learning content successfully into the DLP.
