Building on the capability provided by the Ford Learning Centre, LINE also helped design, develop and deliver the ‘Ford Foundation Strategy’, an e-learning suite of programmes for staff in European Ford dealerships. A critical success factor for this project was the ability to translate and localise content efficiently and quickly across European language versions. LINE designed and built an innovative localisation tool for employees in the NSCs.

Results of the strategy include:

  • training time reduced from 37 months to 13 months
  • per capita training cost reduced by c74%
  • 2.4 additional car sales per sales person per annum
