Margaret Bishop
Consultant
Margaret started her career running employment projects for young people in London. Her corporate roles include HR Director with the London Chamber of Commerce, Director of a training company and Global Change Programme Consultant with Thomson Reuters.
Margaret has worked as an organisational consultant since 1999 with a wide range of clients including Nokia, The Body Shop, L’Oreal, Bank of New York Mellon, the Saudi Capital Markets Authority, Threadneedle, the NHS, DWP and Age Concern. Her work includes leadership development, executive coaching and facilitating change programmes. She is particularly interested in increasing people’s awareness of their personal impact on others, developing effective feedback and communication and challenging unquestioned ways of thinking and behaving.
Margaret is a Visiting Fellow at Cass Business School and a Fellow of the CIPD. She holds an MSc in Organisational Consulting, an MBA and is qualified with the British Psychological Society in psychometric testing.
