Sean’s role as a producer at LINE draws on his experience of instructional design, project management and account handling skills. Sean has a solid creative base of instructional design skills, powerfully coupled with an up-to-date knowledge of Internet technologies, multimedia and web applications.
Sean holds a Masters in multimedia computing, specialising in web-based learning. His past work at Sheffield Hallam University has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of educational issues related to online learning. He has hands-on experience of designing standards compliant e-learning that is accessible to users with a wide range of special needs. His past work includes projects for the DWP, BECTA, Norwich Union, the RAF, and the Ufi.
Sean worked as a designer on a previous DWP project ‘Serving our Customers’ for Jobcentre Plus. This involved creating three hours of online learning materials for Jobcentre Plus staff. The materials covered a number of areas including data protection, serving a diverse customer base, and monitoring customer service.
