Steve leads the LINE Consulting team. He has deep experience of consulting on all aspects of integrating learning and technology into people development strategies and corporate infrastructure.
Steve’s experience stems from an engineering and training background. His career in technology-based learning developed from early days as a project and programme manager, through e-learning production management and advisory roles. He has extensive experience of developing and sharing global best-practices and standards in the application of learning technologies and how they may be delivered through a network of internal and third-party services to suit a modern organisational model.
During his career, Steve has helped many organisations deliver strategic and tactical solutions to issues ranging from pre- through to post-implementation across the whole spectrum of learning and development issues ranging from junior to the most senior of staff and management.
Steve is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
