Birmingham City Council – Learning Transformation and LMS Selection
Birmingham City Council, the largest local authority in Europe, was involved in a £60 million services transformation programme, underpinned by an organisational improvement initiative ‘Excellence in People Management’.
LINE’s consulting team helped to define the transformation of learning and development as part of this latter initiative.
As a result of LINE’s engagement, BCC was able to define and agree both learning processes and a technical solution to support the future operating model.
