BP – Safe, Happy, Fast
This programme is aimed at 12,000 ‘First Level Leaders’ in BP. The experiences of the crew and skipper on the BP sponsored yacht in the BT Global Challenge presented a perfect opportunity to explore challenges and opportunities faced in building and leading a team.
The objective was to take a highly successful live presentation, given by Mark Denton, the skipper of the BP boat and ‘bottle’ it – maintaining the energy of the story and also the learning points.
We decided that the most effective way to retain the user’s attention for this programme was not through high-levels of interaction, but by creating a compelling narrative based on BP’s experiences in the race.
