BT – Performance Management Launch
BT One IT needed to introduce its new HR process – the Performance Management Framework – to a technical and decidedly sceptical audience, for whom it was going to mean extra work. BT expected high resistance – so the solution had to be very appealing, and drive high take-up.
LINE used light-hearted science fiction themes to construct a highly creative and varied mix of themed communications, a suite of original video-based scenarios, a game, and e-learning materials to help users complete the documentation and calculate the effects of particular performance ratings on bonus payments.
