DCTS – DSAT Awareness
UK Defence Centre of Training Support (DCTS), based at Halton, wanted to raise awareness and support the effective use of DSAT throughout Defence.
DSAT (The Defence Systems Approach to Training) is the quality standard for the management of training implemented by the UK Ministry of Defence.
LINE designed and developed a cost effective, flexible e-learning solution to meet the varying demands of its target audiences (Royal Navy, Army and RAF), bringing to life what was perceived as a ‘dry’ subject.
The programme won a gold award in the Best Custom Content category at the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards.
