Inter IKEA Systems BV – Discovering the IKEA Concept

Inter IKEA Systems BV (IISBV) wanted to make the training offered to its 295 retailers in 36 territories more interactive and more concept-focused, as well cutting the time involved. LINE assisted with the shaping and development of a fully-blended programme, based around an entirely new approach.

An important element of the scenario-based programme is five ‘Mobile Multicolore’ films, featuring a fictional competitor company, which LINE created together with IISBV.

Since launch, IISBV has estimated a cost saving per year of approximately 1.493.730 EUR from the programme. Evaluation also shows improvement in skills such as research, planning, execution, follow-up, questioning and transferring know-how.
