Identity and Passport Service – Authentication by Interview

When the Identity and Passport Service (IPS) instituted a mandatory in-person interview for all new passport applicants as a means of preventing fraud, they faced opening 68 regional offices and training approx 600 new employees in under two years. They chose LINE as the lead contractor for the design and delivery of this mammoth undertaking.

Importantly, after all the regional offices were up and running, IPS undertook a business impact study which proved a positive business impact and demonstrated the efficacy of blended learning – the first study of its kind that we have seen in the industry.
