Jaguar Landrover – Learning Management for Dealer Network
JLR’s Dealer Training Centre needed to train 70,000 dealer staff in 100 countries in 40 languages. In a tough trading market they wanted to train and communicate both consistently and cost-effectively.
LINE developed and managed a programme of work which changed JLR’s approach to managing and delivering learning. The programme consisted of a LINE HealthCheck to examine current processes and technology, a segmentation analysis, a complete 3-year learning strategy and the design and implementation of a new dealer training portal to support this strategy.
