National College – Online Learning System
The National College of Schools Leadership (since renamed the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children’s Services) provided LINE with an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of what can be done with e-learning in the area of leadership and behaviours.
Most technology-based learning tends to focus on developing knowledge and skills by delivering instructional content. This project goes much deeper by using the medium to enable learners to reflect on their own behaviour and develop their approaches to leadership.
