At LINE we take the view that leadership starts from within, whether you are leading a small team or a large organisation. We also believe that leadership gestures, no matter how small, carry a lot of influence and so need to be carefully considered. Everything you do and say has a resonance far beyond your immediate audience. So we pay attention to the individual, their quality of presence, their personal impact, their engagement techniques and their influencing strategies, and last but not least, their capacity to lead through transition and change where dealing with ambiguity and complexity are increasingly the norm.

We design bespoke leadership programmes that include highly participatory and experiential workshops supported by short interactive learning resources delivered using e-learning and social media. When relevant, we advocate the use of the Leadership Development Framework profiling diagnostic to measure an individual’s current capacity for leading change.
